The winner will receive:
$1,000 CASH in the form of a check or via Cashapp, Venmo or PayPal

Eligibility
Must be 18 to enter. Winner must present a valid government issued ID to redeem winning cash. Must live in the continental U.S. Void where prohibited by law.

Agreement
By entering The Pulse Viral Video contest, participants agree to abide by the Pulse’s Official Rules and decisions. Pulse has the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at Pulse’s sole discretion.
Participants agree to accept the decision of the Sponsor as final and binding.

Entry Period
From August 8th thru August 20th , participant who do not currently have Pulse products in hand may sign up to receive two free Pulse Pods to use in the contest. Only TikTok’s that are posted between August 20th - 31st will be accepted.

How to Enter
Only content posted on the TikTok platform will be accepted as entries within the timeframe previously mentioned. You may post as many videos on TikTok as you want but the minimum views must reach 1 Million views. Should there be multiple videos that hit 1 Million views, the video with the highest views over 1 Million will be named the winner. All videos MUST have tagged @lovemypulseofficial and #PulseMillion. Any fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in Pulse invalidating a participant’s entries.

Prize
The total amount of the prize is $1,000 USD. This prize will not be transferable to any other currency. Prize may be substituted at Pulse’s sole discretion. Acceptance of the prize grants Pulse permission tonuse the Winners entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
Since the prize is worth more than $600, Pulse will need to collect the winner’s social security number and issue a 1099 for tax purposes.

Odds
The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

Selection and Notification of Winner
The winner will be chosen by validation of views and posting within the previous time frame under Pulse’s supervision. We will notify winner via TikTok direct message. The winner has between Sept 6th – Sept 13th to claim their prize or the prize may be forfeited if he/she/they doesn’t contact you within this time limit. Pulse is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he/she/they if settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

Additional considerations include

1) circumstances under which Pulse may select an alternate winner, receipt of the prize is upon the condition of compliance with federal, state, and local laws, etc.

Rights Granted by the Entrant
The participant grants to Pulse the right to use the participant’s submission, voice, likeness, image, statements about the contest, etc., for publicity, news, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, and so forth, without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.

NOTE: Entries must be original work and not violate anyone’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. Consequences for entries that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others may result in disqualification and any claims that arise as a result of infringement “You shall defend or settle against such claims at your sole expense, and You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from any suit, etc.

Terms and Condition
Pulse reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security,
fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest.
Pulse has the rights to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as your rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.
